The mix of modern architecture and traditional antique pieces
is very striking.Big love for the spaciousness of this house, throughout white on white, dark oriental style carved wood enlivened with the dramatic colours of Turkish kilims and Central Asian suzani wall hangings, no descriptions can ever do it justice.

There are many special features, a Turkish corner with cobbled floor and fireplace, an elegant gallery with book lined walls on and writing desk, and the secret atrium garden open to the sky and only accessed from the master bedroom and the master bathroom. Other main features are old iznik tiles on the wall and a superb Alessi collection in the kitchen.

Main entrance to the hall, living areas to the left and bedrroms to the right. Stairs to the galleried study area, small sitting area and roof access. At ground level, Turkish corner with fireplace, dining area,
step down to sitting room with TV and music system and doors to
the garden. Kitchen with hob/oven, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, breakfast table, door to dining terrace equipped with outdoor teak furnitures and umbrellas.

Kangotan Villa has a master suite with double bed and doors to
garden and bathroom with bath/shower/wc. There are also 1
double bedroom and 1 single bedroom sharing 2 bathrooms with bath/shower/wc.

From kitchen terrace stone steps to lower level with double bedroom
( large enough to take an extra bed ) with en suite bathroom with shower/wc. Inner courtyard with small garden and dining area,
including laundry and storage rooms.
